Live the present
It is by living in the present that we can perform all our duties well.
It is by living in the present that crosses become bearable.
It is by living in the present that one can reap God’s inspirations, the impulses of His grace that arrive in the present.
It is by living in the present that we can build our holiness with fruit…
So let us live the present, with perfection!
Says Chiara Lubich, in her book “Every moment is unique”…
I add then, live this moment of worldwide Suffering, with perfection!
Don’t be sad! Take advantage of the moment at home to create deep and true relationships with those close to you, talk to the father, mother, brother, cousin, sister-in-law … that difficult person with whom the conversation does not flow … call a friend (a) with whom you have not spoken in a long time or with whom you had a disagreement … wash your soul, pluck all hurt, clean your heart, embrace the pain, start again … try something new … do not impose limits, put yourself to the test, explore your skills, allow yourself to fly… don’t get stuck in conformity… free yourself from the obvious and the easy… overcome yourself and surprise yourself…
Analyze yourself, find the dark areas of your life and lighten them up, light a lighter, a candle, a lamp or a lamp, whatever you can, just don’t continue in the darkness… Make new plans for your life, more realistic and achievable, but not limited… transform your dreams into goals and set daily, weekly, monthly, maybe annual goals… Allow yourself to meet with yourself… and get ready for it… put on transparency and put on the shoes of dignity, look Sincerely and evaluate yourself with kindness … Take possession of yourself and fully exploit your potential to become what you were born in … May your life not be sterile … bear fruit … remember that a piece of life if you go with each evening… be ready to perform in the afterlife…
God gave you an opportunity to stop and come back to you, to Him… to your family… to the essentials of life… Focus on yourself, on God and from this angle look at all aspects of your life. At the end of it all, you will be grateful for the opportunity to stop, after all it’s all we need sometimes, stop and resurface…

Start over.
