I’d like to share with you the Pope’s homily during the Easter Vigil “After the Sabbath” (Mt 28: 1) the women went to the tomb. Like us, they had in their eyes the drama of suffering, of an unexpected tragedy that happened too quickly. For them it was the darkest hour, as for us. But in this situation women do not allow themselves to be paralyzed. They do something simple and extraordinary: in their homes they prepare perfumes for the body of Jesus. How many people, in the sad days that we live, have done and do like these women, sowing seeds of hope! With small gestures of attention, affection, prayer.
